Your investment into our Premier Portfolio Building Service is £50,000. This breaks down as a fee of £20,000 and £30,000 working capital that is lodged with the solicitor. This gives the ability to work with speed and efficiency as well as our customary due diligence in constructing you a positive cashflow producing property portfolio with at least £100,000 equity.
