Here's how it works:

4. You pay a Valuation Fee (fully refundable if not within 95% of our own due-diligence!).
5. We arrange the Survey.
6. You pay the Broker's Fee that is charged on the Mortgage Offer.
7. On Completion, we credit £1,000 Reservation Fee to 2% Finders Fee and £500 Admin Fee. Solicitors fees are also payable.
