How do you get your deals?

We source our deals through a variety of mechanisms. We advertise nationally for motivated sellers, and negotiate these deals through our network of property insiders who we have hand-picked and trained personally. We then cherry-pick only the best of these deals. Each deal is subject to strict analysis and due diligence mechanisms, which is why we’re able to offer our Valuation Guarantee System which shows that the deal is exactly as we have provided to you.

Is there a Joining Fee?

No. It is free to join. We are very confident that you’ll agree these deals are very lucrative – so have a look yourself and when you see a deal you like, just let us know!

How can you get these properties so cheap?

The sellers often require extremely quick sales and either want or need some flexibility in the sale. Either way, you’ll be informed of any conditions surrounding a particular deal (if any!)

Do you Offer a Guarantee?

Absolutely! We base our assessment of the property’s Open Market Value on detailed analysis and two separate systems of due diligence. We offer a Valuation Guarantee Service which means that if your mortgage valuation does not come back within 95% of the valuation expected, then we will refund the valuation (and you can still proceed with the deal!) or we will refund both the valuation fee and Reservation if you don’t.

How do I pay for the Reservation Fee?

Can I use my own broker/solicitor?

No. We have spent years establishing an excellent Insider Power Team and owe it to our sellers, who often may be in delicate situations, not to introduce any risks into the process. For this reason you will use our team of property insider experts whom we entrust to process our very own property deals.

What if a few investors register for the same deal?

To uphold the standards of our entire service we will generally choose the investor with the highest credentials in terms of ability to see this deal through to completion. We will also take into consideration the following factors:
  • Investors who are registered with our premium Portfolio Building Service
  • Investors who have pre-registered with our Brokers
  • Investors with an excellent credit rating.
  • Investors who have previously bought deals through us and are familiar with the Property Insider Deals system.
The investor will be offered that deal and, upon payment of the Registration Fee, the other investors will be notified of our decision.
