About Us

Amer is a seasoned property investor and is passionate about all aspects of property. He started investing in property in the late 1990's and has built his portfolio in the North West of England.

Amer is also a public speaker and regularly gives talks at the Property Investor Show, Landlord Show and other property/landlord related events about various aspects of property investment. He has also written much sought after property investment reports, which have provided investors with up to a 33% return in only 4 months.

Amer is also founder of the follwing two websites:

Property Tax Portal - A website dedicated to helping landlords and property investors pay less in taxes.

Property Portfolio Software - The UKs leading website that provides property management software and landlord software for landlords.

Richard is a well-respected property expert, having built up a multi-million pound property portfolio in the last two years whilst achieving significant discounts and providing added value to his clients.

A sought-after public speaker, Richard runs two highly acclaimed workshops on property investment – an intensive 1-Day workshop and a 12-month Mastermind University Programme for advanced property investors.

Richard writes articles on property investment for The Property Tax Portal and The YES Group, and has given numerous interviews for property investment experts and educational products.  Richard has recently been profiled in Your Property Network Magazine, runs the Manchester Property Networking Club and is also a non-executive director for The Mortgage Rescue Network.

Arthur Weller is a Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) who operates his own tax consultancy. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and is also qualified as a certified Accountant. He is known throughout the tax industry for his ability to resolve the most complex of tax issues and has over 10 years experience in this field.

Arthur works mainly in an advisory capacity for accountants and UK tax-payers, in all areas of taxation. He has also provided tax advice to UK property investors through the Independent Newspaper's Property Supplement.

He runs a telephone helpline, giving phone advice on all areas of UK (and some overseas) taxation to accountants around the country.

Arthur is co-author of the guide Pay Less Property Tax and has contributed heavily to a number of other products that are available through http://www.property-tax-portal.co.uk/.

He is also the UK tax editor for the website and regularly writes taxation articles.

Stuart Yardley

Stuart joined UCB (part of a UCB France at the time) and worked his way up the chain culminating in his role as a business development manager. Having spent over 15 years at UCB, including seeing them bought by Nationwide, he has worked in various roles, including that of an underwriter and in the repossessions department.  He then went on to work at BM Solutions (part of the Halifax/Bank of Scotland Group) prior to joining Lindsay Hopkins at Trafalgar Square Financial Planning Consultants in May 2006.

No stranger to hard work, Stuart is usually in the office before the birds are awake. He really enjoys being able to help clients get that property they are dreaming of, although, in a tough market, his priority is always to give his clients options to work with.
